  • If you have an affected product, you should abstain from drinking it until the recall is complete. Please see the instructions above on how to fill out the product recall form and receive a reimbursement. Once you have submitted your information, pour the liquid out and recycle the carton(s).

  • If you purchased an impacted product but no longer have the product in your possession, you can still submit the product recall form as long as you provide your receipt from the impacted product or the email address you used when you placed your order on our site.

  • Check to see if your product matches the information in the “Affected Product” section above. To check the lot number on the top of the pack of the product and check against the affected product.

  • Once you fill out the product recall form or call our customer service hotline, you will be offered two options as part of the recall process:
