Refund policy

At Vita Coco, we take pride in crafting coconutty beverages you’ll love. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. As much as you don't want your Vita Coco cartons to show up at your door already opened and missing a couple of sips, we don't either. Trust uswe don't like this even more than you, and we'll either replace the product(s) or issue store credit in our sole discretion. 

Taste Guarantee 

If you're not feeling the taste, we're here to help. For products directly purchased from our website, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@vitacoco.com within 30 days of your purchase with a copy of your receipt. Refunds, including shipping fees, are only applicable to first-time purchases of a given flavor. We do not offer refunds for repeated dissatisfaction with the same product. 

Merchandise Returns 

We do not process merchandise exchanges, but we gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged products. You will be responsible for any shipping fees related to your return. To be eligible for a refund: 

  • Product(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds may be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Orders 

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, has a quality issue, or if any item is missing, please contact us at info@vitacoco.com within seven days of delivery. We may either replace the product(s) or issue store credit in Vita Coco’s sole discretion. Supporting photos and proof of purchase will be required to validate the issue.

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to review and approval by Vita Coco.
  • Vita Coco reserves the right to modify this policy or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse.
  • For any orders purchased through third-party retailers, please contact the retailer directly for any refund requests.
