We pick and crack the best coconuts before extracting the coconut water. Once extracted, we filter the coconut water and standardize the flavor profile by adding Vitamin C and 1%sugar.We standardize them because our coconuts are sourced around the world and can have differences in taste. Then the coconut water is pasteurized, aseptically packaged, and palletized, before it makes its way across the world to people like you!

Currently, our only certified Organic products are our Farmers Organic Coconut Water and our Coconut M🌴LK.

• Our strict specifications allow only products that are 100% safe to enter the market. All products are tested every 15 minutes during the production process. These samples are used to verify the quality and consistency of our product over time and act as a reference point to help identify any variations or defects. Using this time interval ensures a narrow timeframe for quality review. 
• 100% of our products go through packaging checks. 
• In addition to the testing that is conducted at the factory to ensure the highest quality product, samples of our products are also tested by our quality team in our internal corporate lab, as well as a third-party lab on product aspects, labeling compliance, and our strict internal metrics.

Our coconuts are sourced from small farms in tropical locations.

To bring you the freshest, most accessible coconut water possible, we rely on sourcing coconuts from small farms in tropical locations around the world. With the challenges of recent years, we’ve had to supplement some of our not from concentrate coconut water flavors with coconut water from concentrate to make sure we don’t go out of stock. We’re still using the same high-quality coconuts from the same small farms, and they still taste the same and have all of the same nutrients, electrolytes and vitamins - they’re just a little easier to get from tree to shelf.

We're so glad you asked. Despite the name, coconuts are fibrous, one-seeded fruits called drupes, not nuts. Other members of Team Drupe include peaches, nectarines, cherries, and dates.

So, here’s the thing: you can have a fully-grown palm tree in as soon as three years (yay) - but it won’t start to yield coconuts until somewhere around its sixth birthday (aww). In fact, it can take as long as 15 years for a palm tree to really get going on coconut growth. And when we say these guys are tall, we mean it. Coconut trees can grow up to 100 feet tall!
