What do I get with my subscription?
Do you really need anything more than coconut water? Just kidding. We get it. Beside your choice of Pressed or Original coconut water, you’ll receive a free gift with purchase with your first shipment that will be tailored to your specific hangover needs. You’ll also have access to our Coconut Hangover Alleviation Device (who we like to call C.H.A.D.) who will drop you a line around the time you might be drinking to offer you hydration tips, refueling recipes, soothing playlists, and undying moral support.
How often does my subscription arrive?
We’ll give you some lead time ahead of the major drinking holidays. You’re welcome. You can expect your subscription package to arrive approximately 10 days before major drinking holidays including the Super Bowl, St. Patty’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, New Year’s Eve, and more. Most subscriptions send your order at the same interval and time every month – but this is different and totally tailored to the days you’re likely drinking.
Can I sign up for a Hangover Subscription & a recurring product subscription?
Absolutely! The Hangover Subscription is totally separate. Pretty sure the phrase goes, “The more Vita Coco subscriptions you have, the merrier.” Or something like that.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed upon placing your order and then again upon each subscription renewal. You will be notified 3 days prior to the charge!
How do I edit or cancel my subscription?
When you signed up, you should have received a subscription confirmation email. You can login to your account from there and edit or cancel. But, please don’t cancel... because we'd miss you.

When should I enjoy my Vita Coco by?
Our Tetra Pak allows our coconut water to be shelf stable for up to 12 months outside of the fridge. But, for the tastiest experience, we recommend enjoying Vita Coco cold. Once opened, please leave it in the fridge and consume between 24 and 72 hours – because nobody likes sour coconuts. Be sure to check your container for specific best-by information.
