Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Pandan Simple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Vita Coco Juice with Pulp
  • As Needed - Ice
  • garnish Edible Flowers

How to prepare

  1. Whisk the first five ingredients until it reaches a soft cream consistency resembling Cool Whip.
  2. Pour coconut water or juice over ice.
  3. Carefully spoon the cold foam over the top and garnish with edible flowers or mint leaves.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
