Ingredients

  • 4oz Vita Coco Original Coconut Water
  • Handful Ice
  • 2 oz Mango Nectar
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • for serving Maraschino Cherry

How to prepare

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add Vita Coco Original Coconut Water, mango nectar, and bitters. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is cold.
  2. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice, and pour in the mango mixture.
  3. Hover an upturned teaspoon over the drink near the rim of the glass and slowly drizzle the grenadine over the back of the spoon so it travels down the side of the glass. Do not stir.
  4. Serve garnished with a maraschino cherry.
