Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vita Coco Original Coconut Water
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter (sub with sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)

How to prepare

  1. Add the banana, raspberries, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almond butter, Vita Coco Original Coconut Water, and protein powder (if using) to a high-speed blender.  
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle some extra chia seeds on top.
