Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp hibiscus mangosteen powder
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Vita Coco Original Coconut Water
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp strawberry puree
  • Ice
  • garnish Edible Flowers
  • garnish mint leaves

How to prepare

Whisk the first five ingredients until it reaches a soft cream consistency resembling Cool Whip. Pour an additional 1 oz of strawberry puree at the bottom of a cup, and then add coconut water and ice, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top. Carefully spoon the cold foam over the top. Sprinkle a dash of hibiscus mangosteen powder over the cold foam using a piece of paper to cover half the cup for a neat effect. Garnish with edible flowers or a strawberry. Enjoy immediately!
