Prepare the rim. In a small dish, mix 1 teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon of Mega Chamoy. Spread the mixture around the rims of 2 glasses using a spoon or brush. Dip rims into Tajín (or salt) until well coated.
In a blender, combine watermelon, Vita Coco Juice, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of chamoy. Blend until smooth.
Fill the prepared rimmed glasses with ice. Pour the watermelon-coconut mixture over the ice. Garnish with mint sprigs or lime wedges
