Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 oz yuzu juice
- 8 oz Vita Coco Original Coconut Water
- Ice
- garnish mint leaves
- for garnish Basil
Pour coconut water and yuzu juice over ice. Separately, whisk matcha powder with about 1 oz of hot water until smooth.
Carefully pour the matcha shot over the coconut water and yuzu juice mix to create a layered effect. Stir gently to combine flavors if desired, and garnish with a mint or basil leaf. Optionally, muddle some mint or basil leaves before adding the coconut water for extra depth of flavor. Enjoy immediately!
